Female (19) seeking house in Birmingham

me and my brother, who is not a student, looking to rent a house. ideally pet friendly because i would like to bring my emotional support cat, she is well behaved clean and indoors. cheap/no deposit (around £400) around £1000pcm for both me and my brother (around £500 per person) ideally bills included/rent cover cost of bills. but willing to pay for this e.g., utilities and council tax at reasonable price (please discuss this with me)
