Female (41) seeking house in Birmingham

I’m a single person I work part time for NHS Queen Elizabeth hospital. Im also in receipt of universal credit ( benefits) my father would be my guarantor. I feel I need my own home my own independence also get to have my kids come and stay with me weekends etc. I’m a 41 year old mature woman I’m not into having loud music parties etc I just wanna go to work come home watch the soaps etc put my feet up eat lots of naughty food. I’m looking for long term rent as I want to settle down in my own home my own space. The area is ideal my family don’t live far my work just down the road. The shops not far away either which is great. I hope I get the chance to move on with my new home. Many thanks Donna williams
