• Go to the rental home page you wish to rent
• Click “Contact” button
• Create a profile and start a Premium membership
• Now you can see either phone, e-mail or home page where you can contact the landlord or agency directly

You get the following as Premium Member:

• Unlimited access to all listings, making it easy and fast for you to find your new home.
  You can freely contact the landlord/agancy listed as contact on any of our listings.
• Be the first to learn about new listings matching your needs.
  You will get a chance to act before all the free members learn about a new property listing.

Login to your account and then go to "My membership” in the navigation bar. Here you will have the option to cancel your subscription.

When you start a subscription with us, you are always free to end it when you want.
This means that you can always cancel your subscription and that you do not spend more than you have already paid for.
If you do not want to continue your subscription, simply remember to unsubscribe before the subscription renewal. If you have any further questions, you can always contact our customer service, who are always ready to help you by email.

• Check your inbox daily for new matching listings available for you
• Every time you receive a new matching listing in your inbox, then contact the landlord as soon as possible to be the first in queue.
• Ask when you can come and see it and send a nice profile text about yourself and send (this one you can copy and paste to each landlord you reach out to).
• Be patient and steady. In larger cities, you typically have to respond to more than a few listings before you gets invited to a viewing. So don’t expect to get the first and the best, but be patient and contact as many as possible as quick as possible. Then we often see people find their new home within 2-8 weeks.

Yes, you can always cancel your subscription. However, we recommend only canceling it once you've found your new home. If you're still searching and decide to cancel, you'll reduce your chances of finding a home quickly.
