Family (28) seeking apartment in Birmingham

I am looking for a 2 bedroom property for myself and my 10 year old son (long term). Property should ideally have easy transport links to Castle Bromwich(B36) and Saltley Business Park for commutes to school/work. I am a part-time student and I also work as Transport Planner at Linkline Express on a reduced hours contract (Annual Salary £25,000) this is set to increase upon completion of my degree. I would appreciate a landlord who will consider DSS/ Housing Benefit as I am a single occupant with a child therefore I would benefit from the additional financial support.
