Couple (52) seeking apartment in Chelmsford

Hi myself and my husband are looking for a bed apart/flat in the South area. We moved from our last place after 7 years. We decorated every year to keep the place looking fresh. Never caused any problems with anyone. We spend most of our time at work. We are self employed but I can pay additional rent up front or pay a bigger deposit. Will happier give our old letting agents details for a reference. Never missed on the rent or a bill. I have put Chelmsford as there wasn't a choice of other areas. Waltham Abby, Epping,Northweald and join areas.
