Family (31) seeking house in Chelmsford

We are a small family of three (two adults and one well behaved toddler) looking for a cosy 2 bed house with a garden to rent. I am both employed and self employed and can also provide a guarantor if required. My partner Irina is also self employed. I have an excellent credit rating and have always paid rent in full and on time. We will also able to provide a good reference from our current landlord via the estate agent once we leave. We are clean, tidy, non-smoking and always take good care of our home. We are looking for a property mainly in or as close to the Chelmer village area as possible because as our daughter has secured her pre-school place there.
