Couple (29) seeking apartment in Canterbury

My partner (30) and I (29) are currently renting a room in a HMO. I work part time, with my income boosted by Universal Credit. I have also recently been awarded PIP, so have that towards my income. My partner is signed off work due to disabilities, they receive Universal Credit for this. With Universal credit, the housing payment increases depending on how many bedrooms the property has. At the moment we are being paid the Shared Accommodation Rate, this will greatly increase once we move into a 1 or 2 bed property. We've no children or pets, and are very clean, quiet people.
