Couple (30) seeking apartment in Canterbury

Me and my partner(29/ 35) are in need of new accommodation. Ideally availble to move in as soon as possible. I am employed full time and my part is currently seeking a new career after being made redundant. Our joint income is suffient and we are reliable tenants. We are seeking a property in either canterbury or folkestone, however, we are open to other areas of south east kent.
