We are a group of four recent university graduates who all now work in London. We have an immediate need to rent a 4-bedroom property in the Greater London area. We’re looking for a home suitable for unrelated tenants, so we’re ideally seeking a property that is HMO licensed. Our key requirements are: • Four individual bedrooms • Parking for at least two cars or permit options • Good access to public transport links to Canary Wharf and Covent Garden for work with commute of less than an hour each way. • Furnished or unfurnished properties are equally suitable, particularly where unfurnished condition reduces the rent • Budget: £2,500 pcm max • Preferably 2 bathrooms • Open to ex-local authority or new builds • Flexible on location and ready to move immediately
