I have just sold my property and am seeking a rental option initially for 6/12 months to start with. I am a single working male employed as an office manager and have been with the same company for 22 years and I do have a well behaved house cat. Ideally seeking a minimum 1 bed apartment or house. Within a 5 mile radius ish of Camberley so that my work commute is still achievable. I do have a poor credit rating currently, predominantly not helped by 2 x CCJs on my report from 2019 and 2021 for £3000 & £6000 approx. These were due to poor money management of Tesco credit cards at the time. These are currently being paid into via a payment plan. Due to this adverse credit history but following the sale of my own property I am in a position and willing to pay deposit and up to 12 months rent payments in advance for a suitable property should this option be considered by the landlord.
