Hi, I am currently renting a flat in Followfield, I have lived there for 9 years,I work as a specialist Cancer nurse at the Christie hospital, I have worked there for 10 years, I am in full-time employment, my annual salary is £47500, I'm a single man I have no kids but I do have a dog, he has been with me for 4 years, he is very well trained and behaved. I understand that some landlords are apprehensive about having a dog in their property, if it would help if I gave an extra months rent in advance to help lay any fears of damage. If this is OK that would be great.
