Male (50) seeking apartment in Eastbourne

I’m looking for a one or two bedroom flat for single occupation in a modern development or modern flat block in Sussex with an off road allocated car parking space, a bath/shower and gas central heating. Also with neutral white decor and good sized rooms, a storage cupboard and if top floor flat, ideally loft storage if possible. I come with references and have not defaulted on payment for 12 years with current landlord (as my reference shows) and 10 years prior to that and have kept properties immaculately. I don’t have any pets and don’t wear shoes in the house (and ask others remove them) to keep landlords carpets in good condition. If necessary I can provide a guarantor and pay 6 months rent in advance for landlords benefit. I’m moving due to my current landlord selling and have to find somewhere by 30/6/25 and am a mature, personable and intelligent 50 year old man.
