Male (43) seeking room in London

Unfortunately our current landlord decided not to renew the lease as he would like to refurbish the whole house and I have to move from my current place by the end of July. So I am looking for a place from the 01st of Aug, but could move out earlier as well. A bit about me I am 43. Travel agent - i work from home mon-friday via emails so you will barely notice my presence. I'm interested in a larger room as I need to fit my workstation (I work with double screens) I’m single, gay and I have a cat. He’s already 13years old but very lovely and sociable with new people. He’s really low maintenance (he's outdoorsy and microchipped so no litter in the house) He's lived the past 11 years in a house with a garden so that's what I am looking for. I'd really like him to be comfortable to go out. I'd love a garden myself - I took a liking to gardening during the pandemic and since I work from home I spend a lot of time growing plants and landscaping. I like the place to feel like home and not just a place to crash. And I am looking for renting long term rather than short. Outside of work - i do improv comedy, drag, i paint draw and do other artsy stuff. I’m quite social but also like to keep to myself and need my space. Big fan of anime and comic books and PC games. If the room is still available i would be interested, as it seems very spacious. I look forward to hearing back from you.
