I am moving out of my current residence, a shared housing co operative, with a view to living in a place of my own where I can finish recovering from long term health issues before working in the local area. I can cover a deposit, and pay some months rent in advance. I have a UK home owning guarantor. 
 I am unemployed due to my health issues. I have a reliable income from the relevant benefits, and have budgeted all places I'm interested in renting as within my means. I can provide evidence of my entitlements, and my budget calculations, on request. I have a credit report from Checkmyfile dated 28 July 2025, showing a score of 806.

 I have been residing at my current address, Ringo Housing Co-operative, since 2016. I can provide a character reference from a former resident who both lived alongside me for most of that time, and has held the official position of Secretary of the Co-operative. I am ready to move into a place straight away.
