Male (19) seeking apartment in Portsmouth

Me and my brother are looking for a 2/3 bed home in the Hampshire, Isle of white, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, London and Somerset area. We both are signed of sick at the moment but are looking for work and receive benefits. Myself earns 600 pip and 325 Uc My brother earns 829 uc and 450 pip and also carers allowance Universal credit will be helping pay the rent through housing benefit as well as fincail support with deposits from councils and first month rent from the council also. Due to serve domestic abuse and financial abuse from biological mum we won’t he able to have a guarantor. I have autism and serve sensory processing disorder so if property allows I would love to get a therapy dog to help me. Anything would be greatly appreciated due to the urgency of the situation (my brother homeless and me being threatened with homelessness) and shall look forward to any responses
