Female (50) seeking house in Eastbourne

Hi! i'm looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house or bungalow for myself and sometimes for my two daughter's who will stay with me in hols etc when back from uni either in Eastbourne, Seaford, Lewes,Pevensey bay, Uckfield areas and that have ideally a small garden and parking. I currently live in a rented 3 bedroom detached house and pay £1,840 per month in East Grinstead, which I have done for 5 years. I am now looking for a nice property but my budget is upto £1,400. I am re-locating as my girls are both at uni but also so I can be nearer my mum who lives in Hailsham, so i'm looking for a long term let.
