Female (49) seeking house in Romford

To Whom it May Concern I’m a 49 year old mum to a 12 year old boy. For the past 6 years I have worked in a local primary school, and my child is in his first year of senior school. We have lived in Marksgate, Romford for the past 8 years after being placed here through no fault of our own in temporary accommodation by Croydon council. My landlord wants his property back and due to now making a life for ourselves in Romford we are very keen to stay here. We are looking for a 2 bedroom property with ideally some kind of outside space, even a balcony would be great in or close to the RM6 area. Croydon council are in support of us staying in Romford and are willing if we can find somewhere to help us with a deposit, rent in advance and I can also provide a guarantor if necessary. Although I do work, I also claim universal credit. I do not smoke or have any pets. I am looking for a long term let with my ideal budget being up to £1400 per month which I could push to £1500 if needed without bills.
