Female (37) seeking house in Welwyn Garden City

Hello, I hope this finds you well. I am currently renting and have been living in Stratford, London since 2021 at my current address. I am now looking to relocate to Welwyn Garden City to be closer to my workplace. I work as an Operations Director for a cleaning company and have been with the company for over 10 years. My annual earnings are £50,000 plus benefits. Ideally, I am looking for a 2-bedroom house if possible. I do have a very small dog (a Chihuahua), who is well behaved and fully trained. She is an indoor dog and is about half the size of a normal cat. She does not bark. I would be happy to pay a slightly higher rent or a higher deposit if required by the landlord. My budget is in between 1200 - 1500£ + bills / month . The property would be for myself only.
