Female (35) seeking house in Barnes

I’m looking for a two bed property with some outside space for myself and my 2 years old son. I’m full time employed by the Met / police officer/ in the last 6 years. Returning back to work after a career break. Happy to pay 6 months upfront and deposit to secure a property asap. Looking for a long term rent , not just couple of months.
