Female (28) seeking house in London

Good afternoon, I thought I would ask if you would consider a tenant who does receive some housing benefit but I will be topping up the rest of the rent myself as I have done for the past 6 years. I currently live in N12 and I am wanting to stay local due to work and my daughter's school. The property would just be for me and my 6 year old daughter. I am a working professional, I work as a medical secretary and have worked for the NHS for over 10 years. I can provide an excellent reference from my current landlord whos property I have lived in for 6 years and we have built a really good relationship over this tme.
