Female (27) seeking apartment in Crawley

I am looking for a new home to stay in for about 1.5 to 2 years as my last home in the UK before hopefully moving abroad in 2028-29. Ideally, I'd like a 1 bedroom flat/maisonette/annexe, though I will also take a large studio flat. My only must-haves are 1 parking space, a washing machine and an actual kitchen. Preferably unfurnished or part furnished. If bills are included, I am happy to pay up to around £1300 per month, rent only around £975 (which would work out roughly around the same). I do have a couple of small reptiles and invertebrates that are kept in secure enclosures. I work from home some days and go into the office on others. Definitely not a party animal, I like to keep things pretty quiet and pretty clean. I can provide a landlord reference, a guarantor and of course security and holding deposits as required. Looking to move anytime from mid-July onwards. The closer to Crawley the better as that is where I work, but I don't mind being a little further afield or in a rural location as I drive.
