Seeking a Fresh Start in a Private Rental Hello! I'm on the lookout for a small, private rental to start anew. My budget is £650 per month, and I’m eager to find a comfortable and cosy place to call home. I’ve spent the last 8 years running a successful mobile beauty and massage business. I take pride in being a responsible and reliable tenant, which has helped me regain my financial stability after a difficult year. Unfortunately, my last rental experience was quite challenging. My landlord returned home with his children every two weeks for four days, which left me with little privacy and a sense of insecurity. This situation forced me to seek temporary work with accommodation or stay with family and friends as much as possible. This past year has been particularly tough, as I faced the loss of my grandmother and a childhood friend, coupled with unexpected financial issues regarding my car. Eventually, I had to leave my previous rental and have been living with my mum since then. However, I've been working hard to rebuild my business and get back on track. I am now ready for a fresh start and am looking forward to finding a place where I can feel secure and settled. I’m a tidy individual with no pets and have my own furniture, ready to move in. Ideally, I’d like to relocate soon and am open to locations that are reasonably close to Drymen. If you consider me as a tenant, I can assure you that I will be respectful and responsible.
