Family (86) seeking house in Tiverton

Me and my husband and Son are a well-respected and tidy, clean family. We take pride in the properties that we rent and respect and look after it well as if it is our own home/property. We are all non-smokers and have no pets. We can provide the documents and banking checks with references that are required. For the right property we will be letting for long term and unfurnished. We are looking for a house/apartment with at least 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a downstairs wc is not necessary but would be an extra bonus. The minimum property size that we would be interested in is of at least 700ft². We are only interested in properties that are situated in the North Devon area.
