Family (59) seeking house in Weston-super-Mare

My 28yr old daughter, her service dog and I are looking for a 2 bed property with an enclosed garden. Preferably rural and peaceful. I am currently not working due to breast cancer, but my prognosis is good and hope to return to P/T work as soon as I am able. My daughter does not work at the moment due to disability. We want to move to Somerset or Dorset to be nearer family. We have excellent refences from our current landlord and an ex employer who I worked for, for approx. 8 years. We would want a long term tenancy as we want to put down roots. Unfortunately my daughter has a DRO which is 3 years in, I hope this will not deter you as it was down to a very unhealthy relationship. Due to this factor, we are in a position to offer 6 months and a full deposit upfront. Our yearly income is £37000 a year. Our maximum budget is £1200 a month. Our main requirement is an enclosed garden, we are keen gardeners and are lucky enough to have an allotment at the moment, so the bigger the better. Garden maintenance is a pleasure not a chore. We are also keen decorators so some DIY etc is, again, a pleasure not a chore. We are looking to move in 4 weeks, I look forward to some interesting responses.
