Family (58) seeking house in Washington

My daughter and I are looking for a long term home.My daughter attends Washington Academy,she has a chronic disability which limits the way she lives her life.we would like a property with 2 bedrooms of decent size (3 bedrooms would be more useful),as my daughter often has her school companion over to help her.We have a dog,who is my emotional support dog as I suffer with depression and don't go out without my dog or daughter.We would like somewhere safe and clean to call home.We don't play loud music or scream at each other or disturb the neighbours.we very much keep to our selves.My mental health is no risk to anyone else.my son was killed in 2013 and my husband died in 2014,these events overwhelmed me and we are trying to rebuild our lives.weve been living with my eldest daughter but she has a partner and a life to live.we feel very uncomfortable living with her .A garden would be a bonus.i like to garden,but not essential as I potter around on the land where I keep my 2 horses.I
