Family (54) seeking house in Caterham

Myself, partner of 18 years and our 16yr old son are looking for a 2 bed property asap. Preferably a house or bungalow due to my mobility issues. We do have a small dog (toy Pomeranian) and an elderly cat (18 yrs old). We can pay deposit and 1st months rent in cash. Universal credit would be paying our rent directly to the landlord.
