Family (53) seeking house in Worthing

My son and I are looking for a 3 bedroom house or flat. We are a family of six. We have 3 children (boys 3 and 12 years old and a girl 15 years old). We currently live in a 2 bedroom flat. This is our second flat, and we have been with the same landlord for almost 9 years. Unfortunately, the owner has a complicated family situation and needs to sell the flat quickly. The landlord will be happy to talk about my family and provide references if needed. We value order and tidiness and the flat is always well-kept. We have done all repairs and renovations, painting ourselves after prior arrangement with the landlord.
