Family (52) seeking house in Chesterfield

My partner daughter and I are looking for a 2 bed house anywhere in chesterfield t make our forever long term home, must accept pets as we have a german shepherd dog (currently 16 months old). We do not have a guarantor but are fortunate enough to be able to offer 2- 2.5 months rent up front or 1 month rent & deposit, and while we are currently unemployed we are financially able to pay the shortfall in LHA with a monthly income of 1419.52 which will change on Monday 29th July as partner begins full time employment. We have to give 4 weeks notice to our current landlord.
