Family (51) seeking house in South Shields

Me and my partner are looking for a house/bungalow that has a garden and a garage. My 24 year old daughter lives with us and we have a 13 year old who stays during the holidays. We have an elderly bulldog, who is housetrained and sleeps all day. We do not smoke. We want to move asap. We are both professionals and have references and a guarantor. We want a property by the coast from Sunderland up to Whitley Bay.
