Family (42) seeking house in Hastings

Me and my family ( husband, daughters 8 years old and 20 years old ) looking 3/4 bedroom house/apartment with parking space. I rent from a private landlord . My credit history is bad (I have no idea why), I always pay all my bills on time we are responsible people. Non smokers, non drinkers alcohol. I will provide the contacts of the previous landlords, I don’t work at the moment ( on waiting list to job) my husband works full time he is Chef. if there are landlords who agree to rent us housing we will be glad.
