Family (38) seeking house in Maidstone

My 3 children and I are looking for a 3 bed property in the Maidstone area , Ideally ME17 area due to school but not the end of the world if a bit further out . We enjoy a peaceful life and are very much country munchkins . I work full time and receive support via universal credits . I have always privately rented and have great references. I’ve never missed a rent payment and I’m very house proud so will look after a property. Yes it’s your property but it will be a home for us and will be treated with the upmost respect. I am happy to provide any evidence required or answer any questions. We are currently looking as we are in a 2 bedroom and really need 3. We are in no rush so will wait for the right property.
