Family (36) seeking house in Cheshunt

Me and my 10 year old son are looking for a long term house rent. We are preparing for my son to start secondary school in a years time and want to give him the best opportunity. I work part time and I am also a carer for my mum. I am very house proud and keep my space immaculate at all times. I also have a small dog called Chico who is a shit Tzu and very well house trained. I have immaculate references apon request. I am also happy to put down a higher deposit if needed.
