Family (31) seeking house in Manchester

I am looking for a rental home for my daughter, her husband, my grandson and their lovely little dog. They are fantastic, hard working tenants but the house they live in is not great. However, they maintain old fashioned values and love their home. The issue is that the house now requires structural work and they need to look for something else in the Manchester area, preferably circa Wythenshawe. My daughter is in despair that every house is let before she even gets a chance to enquire. Hence why I’m posting on here to see if there is anything or anybody out there who may be able to help in respect of a 3 bedroom house, preferably with a garden.
