Couple (61) seeking house in Braunton

Me and my husband currently live in Exeter and have a business in North Devon. Our business is currently on the market and we feel we need to be closer to the premises in order to be more involved in the day to day running…. We have a buyer for our home, completion due 10/01/25. We’re now looking for a suitable rental property to live in for a year minimum. We have three well behaved dogs all with very good temperaments, we are responsible, clean and tidy owners. I in particular am extremely house proud, even leaving Airbnb’s cleaner than I found them!
