Couple (54) seeking studio in Leicester

We are a Married couple looking for a double room, it would need to have ensuite and nearby parking, we are looking for a long term let within the Leicestershire area, We currently live in a HMO so are very accustomed to sharing and we feel we make very good housemates and have a good relationship with the current tenants, we are a quiet couple who like a clean and tidy environment. Our main reason for deciding to move is at the moment we share bathroom amenities and would prefer to have our own private bathroom, we are also after a new challenge to live in a different area and meet some new people. We are after either another HMO or a studio apartment and are able to move as required parking would be a huge advantage to us.
