Couple (54) seeking house in Bexley

We have rented the same property privately for the last 17 years. Now our children have all left home we are looking for a two bedroom house/ bungalow. We have never been in arrears and I’m unemployed due to health reasons. My husband is my carer. We are a quiet family couple and have maintained our home to a great standard doing all the decorating and maintenance ourselves. We will require a property that will accept dss but can promise good upkeep and prompt payments. Thank you
