Our names are Gina Christiansen (28) and Adam Allen (32), and we’ve rented our current home together for the past seven years. We have an excellent track record of paying rent on time, keeping the property well-maintained and in excellent condition. Having always been respectful, conscientious tenants, maintaining great relationships with both our landlord and neighbours. We’re now looking for a new place to settle hopefully long-term, as our landlord is sadly selling the home. He has provided a glowing reference and is more than happy to be contacted about us. He has shared how sad he is to lose us as tenants. In his own words, we’ve always treated the home with great care and been “the kind of tenants every landlord hopes for.” We take our responsibilities as tenants very seriously. Renting is a privilege, and we always treat the property, landlord, and neighbours with the utmost care, respect, and reliability. We are clean, considerate, communicative, and take pride in being reliable tenants. We’d also like to introduce our eight-year-old little dog, Maisie, who’s lived with us in our rented property for the full seven years without ever causing damage or disruption. She’s calm, clean, fully insured, and adored by our landlord and neighbours, both of whom have written glowing references for her in addition to her pet sitter/trainer and our previous landlord. Maisie is also fully insured for your assurance by More Than’s premier pet insurance which covers: -£4,000 vet fees per year -£3 million third-party liability cover -£2,000 accidental property damage We understand you may have concerns about pets, so we’ve taken care to prepare a full pet CV, insurance documentation, and references that demonstrate low risk and responsible ownership. Maisie has glowing written references from our current landlord, next door neighbour and pet sitter all of whom have offered to be contacted about her and Adam and I as tenants in addition to our previous landlord.
